How it works?
Shared contacts are the contacts (leads, customers, etc.) that need to be viewed and accessed by members of your team. Smart Contact Manager offers a convenient and efficient way to manage those contacts across your Workspace (G Suite) Team.
If synchronization with Google Contacts is configured on your phone, then your phone’s contacts will display the shared contacts as well!
If you are a Workspace (G Suite) organization, you need to install our app domain wide. So for the first time, Workspace Admin will have to install the application from Workspace Marketplace and provide necessary permissions to access their Google Contacts on behalf of the organization. It is a one-time process. Any organization user will then be able to login and use the application.
